Pursuant to an agreement with the State, appellant, Gregorio Guerrero, pleaded guilty to the felony offense of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. The trial court found appellant guilty and assessed his punishment at confinement for five years. On March 19, 2018, appellant filed a pro se notice of appeal.
On April 16, 2018, the trial court clerk filed a clerk's record in this appeal, which includes a "Transcript Referral Page" stating "[r]efer to the transcript, which was forwarded to the 1st Court of Appeals on 5/09/17 for designated material." Accordingly, we direct the Clerk of this Court to copy the clerk's record, filed on May 9, 2017, in No. 01-17-00314-CR, Gregorio Guerrero v. The State of Texas, and file the copy in this appeal.
