ORDER

This case was calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 6, 2022, for cases in which Cheyenne, Wyoming, was the place of trial.

On May 16, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. On May 23, 2022, the Court issued an order directing petitioners to file a response on or before June 1, 2022, to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution and set respondent's motion to dismiss for hearing on June 6, 2022. On June 2, 2022, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties. On June 3, 2022, the Court issued an order continuing this case, directing the parties to file on or before July 5, 2022, a proposed stipulated decision or joint status report, and the undersigned retained jurisdiction. On July 5, 2022, respondent filed a status report. On July 12, 2022, the Court issued an order directing the parties to file on or before August 8, 2022, a proposed stipulated decision or joint status report. On July 22, 2022, the parties filed a signed proposed stipulated decision.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution filed May 16, 2022, is denied.
