In an action by plaintiff Fannie Guarino to recover damages for personal injuries and by her husband for medical expenses and loss of services, the appeal is from a judgment entered on a dismissal of the complaint at the close of the plaintiffs' case. The appellant wife claimed to have been injured when she fell on an icy sidewalk abutting respondent's premises. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
