Guarantee Ins. Co. v. Mercer

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 2, 2010
53 So. 3d 239 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2010)

Opinion

No. 1D10-0598.

April 9, 2010. Rehearing Denied June 2, 2010.

An appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims. Neal P. Pitts, Judge.

Ferman M. Fernandez of Quintairos, Prieto, et al., Orlando, for Appellant.

Jack W. Bettman, Jacksonville, for Appellee.

Upon review of Appellant's response to this court's February 16, 2010, order to show cause, we conclude Appellant has failed to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed as one from a non-appealable, non-final order. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.180(b)(1). Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction.

WOLF, WEBSTER, and THOMAS, JJ., concur.
