On July 22, 2024, petitioner's counsel, Alyssa Maloof Whatley, filed a Motion to Withdraw Counsel. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is recharacterized as a Motion to Withdraw As Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 15, 2024, petitioner and respondent shall file an objection, if any, to the above-referenced motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of the motion. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action with respect to the above-referenced motion, respondent shall, in addition to regular service, serve a copy of all filings on petitioner at petitioner's address in the Court's record.
