PRESENT: SMITH, J.P., PERADOTTO, DEJOSEPH, NEMOYER, AND SCUDDER, JJ.

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 21, 2015, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Leigh E. Anderson, Esq., sworn to December 5, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Carol A. Condon, Esq., dated December 12, 2016, and the affidavit of Katherine J. Bestine, Esq., sworn to December 14, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 4, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
