It is ordered that the motions are granted, and movants are directed to serve one copy of their respective briefs, in the form submitted with the moving papers, upon all parties to the appeal, and to electronically file their respective briefs with this Court via NYSCEF, within 15 days of the entry of this order (Motion No. 2024-01230 & Motion No. 2024-01313).
