Upon consideration of, and pursuant to, the parties' written stipulation, and being otherwise fully advised on the premises, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The court hereby vacates the Default Judgment entered on December 29, 2022 [DE 25] as to all defendants;
(2) The court hereby dismisses the instant action with prejudice in its entirety as to all parties, and enters an order of dismissal.
