JACK J. GRYNBERG, ET AL., Appellants v. MIRIAM Z. GRYNBERG, ET AL., Appellees

On Appeal from the 193rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-16-02969

ORDER

Before the Court is the August 17, 2016 letter of counsel for cross-appellants Miriam Z. Grynberg, Rachel S. Grynberg, and Stephen M. Grynberg stating that cross-appellants will not file a separate cross-appellants' brief. They have determined the cross-points they will assert would more properly be deemed as alternative grounds for affirmance to be asserted in the principal brief as appellees. We construe counsel's letter as a motion to dismiss the cross-appeal, GRANT the motion, and DISMISS the cross-appeal.
