This case was originally calendared for trial at the April 3, 2023, Trial Session of the Court in Atlanta, Georgia. By Order of the Court dated March 21, 2023, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On April 26, 2024, Respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that a proposed stipulated decision was sent to Petitioner's counsel on April 18, 2024, and Respondent was informed that counsel was out of town on April 23, 2024. Respondent further informed the Court that he is awaiting a response from Petitioner's counsel regarding the proposed stipulated decision.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 8, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
