This case was originally calendared for trial at the April 3, 2023, Trial Session of the Court in Atlanta, Georgia. By Order of the Court dated March 21, 2023, this case was continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On November 29, 2023, petitioner filed with the Court a Status Report. Petitioner's counsel informed the Court that there has been an Amended Return filed for the taxable year at issue, but the return has not been processed and is in a litigation hold. Petitioner's counsel has requested an additional fourteen (14) days in which to review the Amended Return. On November 29, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that he is joining petitioner's request for additional time in which to file the decision documents.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 14, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
