ORDER
On order of the Chief Justice, the motion to plaintiff-appellant for reconsideration of the Court's order of May 19, 2023, to impose an initial partial fee of $8.00 is DENIED. The partial fee complies with the requirements of MCL 600.2963, and the Court is without discretion to ignore the statute. The plaintiff-appellant will be allowed an additional 21 days from the date of this order to submit the partial fee. Failure to timely pay the partial fee will result in the administrative dismissal of the case.
