Orders, so far as appealed from, denying motion of defendants-appellants for a bill of particulars as to certain items, and granting motion of said defendants for a reargument and upon reargument adhering to the original decision unanimously modified as indicated in order, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The bill of particulars to be served within sixty days after service of order.
