ORDER

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 14, 2021, for cases in which Denver, Colorado, is the place of trial.

On May 13, 2021, the parties filed a stipulation of settled issues indicating therein that all issues in this case are resolved.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's June 14, 2021, Denver, Colorado, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 19, 2021, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
