ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to change time for filing transcripts on appeal is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the time for court reporter Janice McCullough (R-8464) to file the transcripts is EXTENDED to October 27, 2023. In accordance with this Court's flexible motion practice appellant may file a motion to seek to amend his appellant's brief at any point while this appeal remains pending.
