ORDER STAYING DECISION

This 30^th day of July, 2019, it appears to the Court that:

1. This matter is a consolidated appeal from the orders of the Secretary of State imposing disciplinary sanctions on the appellants. A related matter - Delaware Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline v. Bruce Grossinger, D.O. - is the subject of an interlocutory appeal and cross-appeal currently before the Delaware Supreme Court.¹ The resolution of the issues raised in that case is likely to provide guidance to this Court in resolving the issues pending before it.

2. The Court solicited the positions of the parties on the Court's proposal to stay issuing its decision in this case until after the Delaware Supreme Court issues its decision in the matter before it.² All parties agree that a stay is appropriate.³

THEREFORE, the Court's decision in Bruce Grossinger, D.O., Steven Grossinger, D.O., and Jason Brajer, M.D. v. Jeffrey W. Bullock, Delaware Secretary of State STAYED pending the Delaware Supreme Court's decision in Delaware Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline v. Bruce Grossinger, D.O.
