Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner Jan M. Grossi and to change caption, filed October 25, 2021, it appearing that no notice of deficiency or notice of determination for tax year 2012 sufficient to confer jurisdiction on this Court was issued to Jan M. Grossi and that petitioners have no objection to the granting of respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and so much of this case relating to petitioner Jan M. Grossi is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Joseph R. Grossi, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
