Action to recover for personal injuries from being kicked and pushed off train. Judgment for plaintiff. See 241 Ill. App. 635.

Error to the Circuit Court of Pike county; the Hon. Harry Higbee, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1927.
