And petitioner-appellant having moved, pro se, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the August 23, 2019 order and judgment, and upon reinstatement, to consolidate the aforesaid appeals; to conference with this Court regarding why he was not granted a hearing; to expedite the appeals; for temporary mandamus relief in the form of an affordable apartment; to reverse and or vacate the Supreme Court orders on appeal; and for related relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that that branch of the motion seeking to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from the August 23, 2019 order and judgment (one paper) is granted. That appeal and the related appeal from the order entered on or about March 9, 2020 (Case No 2020-03674) are reinstated, and the time to perfect both appeals extended to the June 2021 Term of this Court.
