Appeal, No. 642 C.D. 1978, from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County in case of In Re: Condemnation by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting by and through the Department of General Services of the Properties of Ralph E. Gross and Ivy B. Gross, his wife, Paul Moyer, Jr. and Esther S. Moyer, his wife, and any other persons and interests therein situate in Union Township, County of Lebanon, No. 762 of 1977.
Declaration of taking filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County. Condemnees filed preliminary objections. Preliminary objections overruled. WALTER, J. Condemnees appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Held: Affirmed.
