Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; N. Vernon Hawthorne, Judge.

The decree of the chancellor is affirmed except that provision of it with reference to the costs. It is directed that this part of the decree be amended so that it will require clearly that the half of the costs assessed against the appellants be deducted from the amount deposited by them and that the remainder, after that deduction, be paid to them in cash.
