ORDER

On September 20, 2024, petitioners' counsel-Scott St. Armand and Adam L. Heiden-filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 16, 2024, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that Motion. The Court will take appropriate action following the period for objection. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioners at the mailing address listed for petitioners in paragraph 5 of the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that, together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioners (at the just-referenced mailing address) a copy of the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
