I respectfully concur in the affirmation of the trial court's award of $5,634.00 for the Catina/Harrison projects and the reversal of the trial court's award of attorney's fees. I dissent, however, from the majority's decision to amend the trial court's award of $50,000.00 for the Louisville project to $22,969.95 as I do not find that the trial court manifestly erred in making its calculations and credibility calls.
