HARMLESS AND PREJUDICIAL ERRORS, § 83 — prejudicial exclusion of evidence. In action for commissions allegedly due plaintiff salesman, where defendant contended he was not given opportunity to offer in evidence in his behalf certain correspondence bearing on issue in case, held that record clearly showed that defendant was prejudiced by being precluded from introducing in evidence documentary proof and further testimony to sustain his defense.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. GEORGE L. QUILICI, Judge, presiding.
Reversed and remanded for new trial. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the October term, 1946.
