MATTHEW PAUL GRIZZLE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 17, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session. On October 3, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to extend the time to submit proposed trial exhibits. That motion, however, was entered on the docket at a Motion to Extend Time to Move or File Answer. In that motion, the Commissioner provided an updated address for Mr. Grizzle.

On October 6, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During that call, Mr. Grizzle confirmed his new address. He also requested a continuance, and the Commissioner did not object. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk shall recharacterize the Commissioner's Motion to Extend Time to Move or File Answer filed October 3, 2022, as a Motion to Extend Time to Submit Proposed Trial Exhibits. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Extend Time to Submit Proposed Trial Exhibits is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk shall update Mr. Grizzle's address to the address shown in paragraph 6 of the Commissioner's Motion to Extend Time to Submit Proposed Trial Exhibits. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, continued, and restored to the general docket.
