This case is calendared for trial at the October 11, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial session of the Court. Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed September 15, 2022. Petitioners filed a response to respondent's motion on October 5, 2022.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed September 15, 2022, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on October 11, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned judge. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 28, 2022, respondent shall file a reply to petitioners' response to the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, and no later than November 14, 2022, petitioners, if they choose to do so, may file a supplemental response regarding the pending motion.
