Upon due consideration of the parties' response to the Court's Order served July 22, 2022, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 16, 2022, respondent shall file a second supplement to his July 2022 Response to the Court's Order served June 29, 2022, and attach thereto a complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency on which this case is based. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 16, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of the case.
