ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

On June 29, 2022, the Court issued an Order requesting that respondent file a response and attach thereto a complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency on which this case was based. On July 22, 2022, respondent filed a Response indicating that he has been unable to secure a copy of the Notice of Deficiency.

Upon due consideration of respondent's status report and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2022, respondent shall file a supplement to his Response and attach thereto a complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency on which this case is based.
