This collection due process (CDP) case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals for further hearing.

On May 15, 2023, petitioner Scott David Grinstead filed a status report. On June 7, 2023, the Commissioner filed his status report. Both reports indicated that Mr. Grinstead's case was still under consideration by the Independent Office of Appeals. Upon due consideration, it is
