ORDER OF THE COURT
AND NOW this 31 day of May 2001, having considered the arguments and submissions of the parties, and for the reasons set forth in the Court's accompanying opinion of even date, it is hereby
ORDERED that the ruling of the Territorial Court that Isidore Griles is entitled to full, absolute and exclusive title to Plot 29, Strand Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix is AFFIRMED on other grounds; and further
ORDERED that the trial judge's finding that Isidore Griles had satisfied the elements of adverse possession is REVERSED; and finally
ORDERED that the trial judge's dismissal of Allan A. Christian's counterclaim is AFFIRMED.
