162 So. 3d 1000 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2014)

Opinion

No. 2D13–2347.

06-30-2014

Alana Ruth GRIGSBY, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Michael T. GALLAHER, Pers. Rep., Et Al., Appellee/Respondent(s).

Opinion

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal is dismissed because the order on review is a nonfinal, nonappealable order that is also not amenable to review by certiorari. Having not considered the merits of Appellant's arguments, we express no opinion on the question of whether any claim Appellant might make in this probate proceeding is or is not time-barred.

VILLANTI, MORRIS, and BLACK, JJ., Concur.
