DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated August 16, 2021. By letter dated April 18, 2022, assigned counsel notified the Court that counsel has been unable to contact the appellant. By order to show cause dated April 25, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered relieving assigned counsel for the appellant and dismissing the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
