In an action to recover the sum of $2,000 on deposit in an account marked "Special," order denying plaintiff's motion to strike out the answers of defendants Irving Trust Company and Manufacturers Trust Company and for summary judgment as against said defendants under rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
