On March 21, 2022, counsel for respondent filed with the Court a Motion To Dismiss For Lack Of Prosecution (motion to dismiss). This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court on March 21, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. This case was recalled twice on March 22, 2022. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard at both recalls. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner at the first recall. Petitioner appeared and was heard at the subsequent recall. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the Court's oral direction on March 22, 2022, granting respondent's motion to dismiss this case for lack of prosecution is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss this case for lack of prosecution is denied. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 21, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court as to the then-present status of this case. 1
