This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On February 28, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing (Doc. 13). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing is granted in that this case is scheduled for hearing on the status of the case at the Court's March 30, 2022, Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that both parties shall comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45(a)(4). It is further

ORDERED that, no later than March 28, 2022, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court if the third party has complied with the subpoena and a hearing is no longer necessary.

Chief Special Trial Judge Carluzzo will preside at the above-referenced hearing as previously assigned by the Chief Judge.
