This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 21, 2024, Mobile, Alabama Trial Session.

On January 26, 2024, docket entry 11, respondent filed a Status Report which indicates that this case is currently with the IRS Independent Office of Appeals (Appeals). The petitioner and Appeals have reached a settlement of this case. Respondent anticipates filing a decision document within forty-five (45) days.

After due consideration, it is ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the February 21, 2024, Mobile, Alabama, Trial Session of the Court, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
