Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction issued September 24, 2021, this case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner failed to file a ratification of his petition, which had not been properly executed. On October 27, 2021, petitioner lodged a proper ratification of petition.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction issued September 24, 2021, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's ratification of petition shall be filed as of the date this Order is issued.
