ORDER

On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's March 29, 2024 order is considered. On reconsideration, we MODIFY our order dated March 29, 2024, to state:

On order of the Court, the motion to supplement is GRANTED in part and the twenty-one exhibits attached to the motion are accepted as a supplement to the record. In all other respects, the motion to supplement is DENIED. The application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

In all other respects, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that further reconsideration of our previous order is warranted. This order constitutes the final decision in this case, and no other motions will be accepted for filing. MCR 7.311(G).
