Divorce — Cruelty.

The husband's unreasonable insistence upon marital rights at a critical period in the wife's life may amount to cruelty, entitling her to a divorce.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Harford County, In Equity (PRESTON, J.).

Bill by Mary Kelly Griest against Harold E. Griest. From a decree for plaintiff, defendant appeals. Affirmed.
