G.R.G. Transport, Inc., a freight carrier, appeals an adverse summary judgment in a subrogation action, alleging error in not applying a limitation of liability provision appearing on its delivery receipt. We conclude that under the circumstances of this case the trial court appropriately denied enforcement of the limitation of liability and affirm.
