On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. CC-23-07310-B
Before Molberg, Carlyle, and Breedlove, Justices.
ORDER
KEN MOLBERG, JUSTICE
Before the Court is appellants' March 11, 2024 opposed motion to clarify scope of the Court's stay order. In the motion, appellants ask the Court to clarify the scope of our February 14, 2024 stay order. In that order, we stayed two portions of the trial court's February 11, 2024 bond order:
(1) IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Joint Supersedeas Bond filed by Defendants on August 23, 2023 . . . DOES NOT suspend enforcement of the judgment entered by the Court as to all Defendants.
(2) The validity of any valid lien filed by Plaintiffs is not impaired due to the filing of the current Joint Supersedeas Bond filed by Defendants on August 23, 2023.
We CLARIFY that by staying those portions of the trial court's February 11, 2024 bond order, ALL enforcement of the trial court's August 18, 2023 judgment, including postjudgment discovery, is STAYED pending this Court's resolution of appellants' motion for review of the trial court's bond order or until further order of this Court.
