Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; Edward Weinfeld, Judge.

Margaret Grenawalt, as administratrix of the estate of her husband, Roy R. Grenawalt, appeals from a judgment holding South African Marine Corporation, Limited, not liable for her husband's death, April 15, 1952, on the defendant's vessel, the S.S. Morgenster, and dismissing her action for his death.
