Eric Anthony Greisdorf, Petitioner(s) v. Hollan Pugh, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 642008DR033768XXXXCI

To the extent Petitioner seeks review of Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Volusia County, Florida, case number 642008DR033768XXXXCI, the petition is hereby dismissed because this Court generally will not consider the repetitive petitions of persons who have abused the judicial processes of the lower courts such that they have been barred from filing certain actions there. See Pettway v. State, 776 So.2d 930, 931 (Fla. 2000). See Mathews v. Crews, 132 So.3d 776, 779 (Fla. 2014). No motion for rehearing will be considered by this Court.
