Appellant having moved to correct the record on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on May 24, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Thomas P. Gregory, Jr. sworn to March 20, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that appellant has failed to demonstrate that there is any error to correct.
