ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On July 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Entry No. 8). On July 22, 2022, respondent electronically filed a second Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Entry No. 10) which is essentially identical to the first motion to dismiss.

On July 22, 2022, respondent filed his Answer to the petition (Entry No. 9). On July 25, 2022, respondent filed an Answer to Amended Petition (Entry No. 11).

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Entry No. 10) filed July 21, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Answer (Entry No. 9) filed July 22, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case.
