This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (motion) indicating that Appeals informed respondent that a basis of settlement has been reached and updated computations are needed to prepare and send decision documents to petitioners. Petitioners do not object to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session, and is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition. 1
