ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's September 18, 2023, Baltimore, Maryland, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further
ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than September 15, 2023. It is further
ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than October 16, 2023, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
