DAVID GREER & ROBERT SEARS, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order served September 11, 2024, the Court directed petitioners to pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. On September 16, 2024, petitioner Robert Sears filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. The information provided in that Application does not establish an inability to pay the Court's filing fee.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall pay the filing fee for this case is hereby extended to October 18, 2024. Instructions on how to pay the filing fee are available on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html. Failure to pay the filing fee by the foregoing date may result in the dismissal of this case.
