Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by denying motion to examine defendants-appellants before trial as to items 11, 14 and 16 of the notice of motion, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
