This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On November 10, 2022, petitioner filed an unopposed Motion for Continuance (Doc. 29). By Order served November 14, 2022, among other things, petitioner's Motion for Continuance was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.
On February 13, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 31) requesting to file a further status report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before June 15, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
